-Design and own implementation of Amplifon’ logistic and distribution network
-Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
-Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
-Create and manage budgets for logistic, transportation and reverse logistics costs
-Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
-Negotiate rates, conditions and SLAs with carriers and\or 3PLs
-Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
-Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per customer’ criteria
-Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and cluster logistic teams


-Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering
-5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
-Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
-Strong team player
-Ability to influence others and drive change with full accountability
-Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
-Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred) and WMS
