DESCRIZIONE

MISSION:
Support the Manager on the assigned customer set spreading the continuous improvement approach with the aim to maximize the internal and external customers’ satisfaction.

MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Customer Quality
- Manage the assigned customer set for product quality related issues;
- Coordinate return activities with the customer and internal stakeholders;
- Monitor the market defectiveness (PPM) through the data analysis given by the customer, proposing improvement actions supported by the internal stakeholders;  
- Coordinate the risk analysis on the detected defect;
- Coordinate and manage audit activities requested by customers. World Class Manufacturing (Quality Control Pillar)
- Coordinate the continuous improvement activities concerning the company quality acting as support of QCS Pillar Leader by using WCM Tools;
- Participate in an active manner to the root cause analysis by using specific tools (8D reports, causeeffect analysis, 5 whys, etc..)  
  
EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in Engineering  

LANGUAGES
Good level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory

TECHNICAL SKILLS (business background, products knowledge, system knowledge)
